In this role you will join the Europe Air Solutions organization of LG Electronics, focused on Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning for both commercial and residential applications. As a member of the Europe Service Solution Team, you will shape, develop and maintain LG Service business, contributing to its establishment as a total solution provider, meeting customers' expectations of excellent service experience with its top heat pumps, air-conditioning or any other HVAC equipment.
Roles & Responsibilities
This is a multi-faceted role in collaboration with internal stakeholders within the European Team and local subsidiaries in over 14 countries. Our Europe Air Solutions main office is located in Eschborn, Germany, but through our sales and service network we have an extensive presence throughout Europe. In this role, you will be the key between our local Subsidiary organizations and the HQ in Eschborn and Seoul, ensuring we are delivering proactive, professional and efficient services to all clients and partners. You will help Service and Sales organizations in driving the growth by developing service products and offers and challenging these where needed. Besides the product development you will ensure with your quality activities that we meet our customer promise and quality targets. You will become the expert for HVAC Service Product Offer and Quality management.
Develop Service business by selling value added services (Service Solutions, Standards) within our HVAC sector (residential and commercial)
Contribute to the growth of Service business turnover in the Europe region in accordance with defined products/offers and our yearly development targets
Analyse Service business models' as-is status, country by country, hand in hand with our Subsidiaries across Europe, to identify growth potential, customer journey and follow up the necessary improvement actions
Conduct a yearly Service business plan together with our HQ and Subsidiaries in Europe; report the achieved results regularly to Top Management
Support the Europe Service Solution Team to achieve the defined Service business targets by including new innovative proposals and solutions in its operation
Identify and support the acquisition of Commercial Service business opportunities
Support the organization of and attend dedicated Service events
Contribute to define, based on analytics, a Service Quality and Infrastructure strategy, ensuring its implementation and follow up
Organize and support the implementation of internal Service audits and workshops, as well as coordination and implementation of improvement actions
Analyse customer feedback, provide insights and proposals to continuously improve our Service offer
Required qualifications, skills and experience
Academic background in the field of Economics, Business Administration, International Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply and Environmental Technology Engineering or comparable field
5 to 7 years' experience within Project Management, Business Development, Product Management or related fields in a B2B multinational environment
Excellent capability in Service and Quality Management
Solid experience in developing and setting up service/product offers at European level, ensuring successful marketing and sales implementation in each country and market (B2B as B2C)
Strong customer and problem-solving mindset with a “can-do” or ‘service-solution-provider’ execution attitude
Open and flexible entrepreneurial hands-on mindset with the will to create and execute
Analytical skills combined with Change Management experience and mindset
Able to work independently, while remaining connected to the Europe Service Solutions Team, the key internal stakeholders in the Air Solutions Europe organization and Subsidiaries.
Excellent presentation and communication skills in an international environment
Fluent verbal and written communication in English (additional European languages are an added value)
Located in the EU Headquarters in Eschborn and available to travel regularly to Subsidiaries across Europe
