Job Description
* Lead the team in delivering high-quality features within established timelines
* Foster a positive team culture by supporting strong collaboration and continuously improving team processes
* Take ownership of product stability and performance in the production environment, proactively addressing issues as they arise
* Communicate and work effectively with Product Managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and goals
* Mentor your engineers by setting clear expectations and conducting performance management
Qualifications
* 5+ years of professional experience in java programming with spring-based technologies
* 2+ years of leadership experience
* Experience in building productive team environment by providing structured feedback, helping engineers to achieve their goals
* Experience with Microservices architecture
* Strong experience in building restful APIs and implementing asynchronous communication patterns
* Hands-on experience with Spring Boot
* Experience with AWS ecosystem is a plus
