How you create impact
* Scheduling of truck charter traffic on national and international routes, taking into account optimal utilization of our vehicle fleet
* Preparation of quotations as well as holistic processing of transport orders including billing
* Purchase of cargo space and handling of part and full loads
* Monitoring of compliance with legal provisions, also for contractors
* Ensuring compliance with loading and delivery deadlines
* Support and expansion of customer relationships as well as maintenance of contacts in our network of subcontractors
What we would like you to bring
* Completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or a comparable qualification
* Experience in the scheduling and handling of long-distance truck transports
* Confident handling of MS Office programs
* High level of customer orientation as well as strong communication skills and negotiation skills
* Independent and structured way of working as well as enjoyment of teamwork
* Ideally, contacts from the part and full load market as well as contacts to long-distance transport companies
* Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
