Ihre Aufgaben:
* Own the ServiceNow platform roadmap and architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security in the OSS landscape
* Define and enforce architecture standards, governance, and best practices
* Evaluate new ServiceNow features and leads customizations, extensions, integrations, and CI/CD pipeline design in collaboration with Dev and Ops teams
* Establish and maintain platform governance, ensuring compliance with security, data protection, and regulatory requirements
* Manage ServiceNow licensing, cost control, and optimization in collaboration with licence management
* Manage release and upgrade strategies and oversees all platform environments (DEV, TEST, PROD)
* Ensure stable platform operations through monitoring, troubleshooting, and system health management
* Oversee instance configurations, patches, clones, and data refreshes
* Design and maintain integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub) and platform automations
* Guide test automation (ATF) and ensure technical quality of all solutions
* Define role and access models and manages users and permissions
* Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and user satisfaction, driving continuous platform improvement
Ihre Qualifikationen:
* Extensive ServiceNow architecture experience
* Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, data models, security, CI/CD and integrations
* Hands-on ServiceNow development skills (JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, ATF)
* Experience in Telco/ OSS environments
* Knowledge of OMT, TNI, FSM or similar scalable systems is a strong advantage
