Social network you want to login/join with:We are seeking an experienced and seasoned marketing professional to lead the company's global marketing strategy. Reporting directly to the President, this role is focused on driving revenue growth through effective marketing, utilizing market research, pricing strategies, product marketing, advertising, and public relations. The CMO will oversee brand strategy, growth objectives, and the management of marketing budgets, programs, and initiatives. This includes ensuring effective brand positioning, developing marketing materials, and evaluating the success of all marketing efforts.RESPONSABILITIESDevelop and execute comprehensive 360-degree marketing strategies that align with the companys overall goals, creating actionable plans and overseeing their day-to-day implementation for all the markets where the company operates.Take full responsibility for product marketing, including positioning, packaging, and pricing. Use market research to inform strategic decisions related to product design, promotion, and distribution.Lead all digital initiatives, managing the companys website and social media presence. Develop and implement strategies to increase online visibility, engagement, and digital marketing performance.Oversee corporate communications and public relations, ensuring consistent messaging and building brand awareness across all platforms in line with the companys brand identity.Assist in establishing the marketing budget and track return on investment (ROI) to ensure efficient resource allocation.Hire, build, and lead a highly skilled marketing team to support the companys growth and marketing objectives.Set clear KPIs and provide regular performance reports to executive management.Collaborate with the Head of Sales to develop effective promotions that drive incremental sales and support overall revenue growth.Monitor market trends and direct the companys market research efforts to stay ahead of industry shifts.Plan and organize all marketing functions (product development, branding, communications) to ensure alignment with the companys unique voice and goals.Design and coordinate integrated promotional campaigns across multiple channels, including digital and traditional media.Ensure consistent communication of the companys positioning and philanthropic initiatives across all markets, ensuring that new products and programs are introduced in alignment with branding objectives.Create and manage marketing programs that drive product sales, attract new distributors, and contribute to overall business growth. Collaborate with the field and corporate sales leadership to enhance training and implementation of brand strategy, creative services, PR, communications, digital marketing, and events.REQUIREMENTS10+ years of experience in a well-rounded marketing or business development role with increasing responsibility, focusing on marketing expansion.Minimum 5 years of proven success in managerial and leadership roles, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Must have experience working with global markets, particularly in the USA and LATAM regions, with a deep understanding of cultural nuances and how to tailor marketing strategies to diverse audiences.Demonstrable experience in developing effective 360 strategies and business plans across all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion, etc.).Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods.Ability to apply marketing techniques across both digital and non-digital channels.Well-rounded understanding of different business disciplines (Supply Chain, Events, Product Development, Sales Development, Merchandising, etc.).Proficient in MS Office and business software. Strong knowledge of website analytics and analytic tools.
