We are supporting a leading European company specializing in real estate management and investment, with a strong presence across Europe. The company has a modern office in Luxembourg, offering a collaborative and flexible work environment where you will join a close-knit, human-sized team. They are currently looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to strengthen their local finance team.
Your responsibilities:
* Managing accounting and tax compliance.
* Preparing and reviewing CIT and VAT filings.
* Managing tax provisions and assisting with audits.
* Overseeing account reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and journal entries.
* Analyzing financial results and contributing to monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
* Coordinating with local teams, asset managers, and external partners.
* Budgeting, reforecasting, and financial analysis.
Your profile:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
* Experience relevant (more than 6 years) in accounting, finance, or audit; professional certification is a plus.
* Fluent in English and German; French is an advantage.
* Strong Excel and accounting software skills.
* Highly organized, precise, and a team player.
* Real estate experience is a plus but not required.
