Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies tailored for the web.
This includes analysis and reporting on web and social media performance metrics, collaboration with internal teams, and ensuring digital content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and core values.
* You will manage and optimize the website back office, including content updates, page creation, coordination with technical providers, and monitoring website performance via analytics tools.
* You will oversee and execute social media initiatives across multiple platforms, including content planning, writing, and publishing posts, managing ads and sponsored content, and liaising with internal teams to coordinate messaging and visibility.
* You will create and send newsletters using internal platforms, continuously improving performance, and acting as the main point of contact for external email marketing providers.
Requirements
* At least 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
* Proficient with digital tools, including WordPress, SEO, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
* Passionate about social media and committed to keeping pace with emerging trends and platform updates.
* Excellent writing skills in English and French, and good sense of visual identity, with design tool skills (Adobe Suite) an asset.
