Business Analyst

- Lending Location: Onsite in Luxembourg Duration: 1 year project Our client is currently looking for a consultant to join them in their internal lending team to support on various projects.
You will be responsible for the effective backlog management, governance, stakeholder alignment, and delivery across project lifecycles.
The role combines project management, product ownership, and business analysis oversight to ensure delivery is aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities: Define and maintain the work breakdown structure for delivery planning and tracking.
Facilitate key project ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
Translate the product roadmap into actionable delivery plans and milestones.
Develop and enforce governance controls to measure and manage project performance.
Define and execute product launch and release plans, ensuring readiness across business, operations, and technology.
Translate business needs into clear, structured, and actionable requirements.
Propose and evaluate alternative solution options aligned with banking and lending objectives.
Produce Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for review by analysts, developers, and stakeholders.
Plan, assign, and track tasks and delivery tickets across teams.
Define clear acceptance criteria for user stories and requirements to ensure testability and delivery alignment.
Skills Required: 3 years minimum experience working as a Business Analyst.
Experience working on a lending project within the banking environment.
Demonstrable experience working in agile delivery environments.
Salesforce experience is considered an advantage. xniyctf
