Senior Tax Advisor Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Advisor to manage a portfolio of Private Equity and Real Estate clients.
* Provide direct tax advice on fund structuring, financing, and cross-border investments
* Ensure accurate preparation and review of corporate tax returns and related filings
About the Job
The successful candidate will have:
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Tax, Accounting, or Law
* At least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally from a Big 4 or tax law firm, working with Private Equity and Real Estate clients
* Fluent in English with a good command of French (B2 advanced)
Responsibilities
The Senior Tax Advisor will be responsible for:
1. Managing client relationships and providing strategic tax guidance
2. Staying up-to-date with Luxembourg tax laws (e.g. ATAD, DAC6, Pillar II) and ensuring compliance
3. Reviewing and supervising the work of juniors and interns, providing guidance and training
4. Supporting client meetings, tax audits, and communication with tax authorities
