Tasks:
Operations:
* Analyze and optimize Industrial Processes (Focus on Assembly Processes)
* Perform basic RC/NRC(Recurring Costs/Non Recurring Costs) assessments for industrial changes and improvements.
* Define robust Build Concepts.
* Apply System Engineering principles to manage industrial interfaces.
* Liaise between Design and Production
Customer service and relationship:
* Entrepreneurial thinking and action
* Ability to convince and take initiative
* Communication and presentation skills
* Team-ability and interpersonal skills
Compliance:
* Act as Guardian of the temple with regard to compliance, P2P standard process and business rules:
* ensure that all compliance and internal control related topics are followed by using the correct procedures when processing documents
* Be alert to fraud attempts and promote compliance amongst internal and external stakeholders
Continuous improvement and projects / tools:
* Support continuous improvement opportunities and solution implementation, working with colleagues, customers, suppliers, to solve issues and roll-out improvements
* Actively participate to trans-functional /trans-national projects and tools supporting the P2P process
Skills:
A Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields:
1. Aerospace Engineering
2. Engineering
3. Aeronautical Engineering
4. Mechanical Engineering
5. Composite Materials
6. Industrial Engineering
* Team player with excellent communication skills
* Basic knowledge of project management
