What we look for: You lead and support the conception and strategic direction of technical projects for key OMMAX clients. You analyze client requirements, develop functional specifications, and define best-fit software solutions while advising on technical implementation options. You take responsibility for effective collaboration between clients, development teams, and internal stakeholders and strengthen the efficiency of cross-functional teams. You translate complex requirements into clear roadmaps including milestones, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that delivery teams can execute. You conduct technical and software assessments, focusing on software architecture, system architecture, infrastructure, and development processes. What we require: You hold a university degree in a business, technology, IT, or comparable discipline. You bring initial practical experience in supporting or delivering technical projects, ideally within a consulting environment. You demonstrate basic knowledge of agile frameworks, methodologies, and principles. You have an understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
