We are currently looking for a Director Sales EMEA who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the Director Sales AMER, your focus will be on leading the EMEA sales organization, developing and implementing the sales strategy as well as strong cooperation with brand and product management. In this role, you will combine your appreciation for execution with your leadership competence. You will develop skills crucial to advancing in a competitive, fast-paced retail sector, all within a company that prizes dedication and results.
What you will do
* You lead the sales team for Europe (internal and external) and continue to expand it
* You are part of the commercial management team
* You develop and implement the sales strategy for EMEA
* You structure, plan, and optimize all sales activities for existing and new customers
* You are the contact person for marketing, PR, eCommerce, and other departments, and you create customer-oriented value propositions with them
* You conduct contract negotiations from start to finish and evaluate sales information including reports
What you should bring
* You have at least 10 years of relevant professional and strong leadership experience and have already achieved outstanding sales success in a trading company
* You impress with strong negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities
* You have a solid network in the field of consumer goods, drugstore, or comparable
* You are characterised by entrepreneurial thinking and independent work, and you have the courage to try new things as well as the backbone to discard your own ideas
* You bring a high willingness to travel
* You are fluent in German and English – both spoken and written
