WHAT YOU'LL DO:
In this unique role, you'll support and empower the CEO by:
• Managing a dynamic calendar, global meetings, and key communications with stakeholders
• Acting as the CEO's trusted gatekeeper and liaison
• Handling highly confidential information with professionalism
• Planning and coordinating international business trips, events, and board-level meetings
• Preparing high-quality presentations, reports, and dashboards
At the same time, you'll step into a strategic project management function, including:
• Leading and executing strategic projects end-to-end in alignment with company goals
• Monitoring KPIs, budgets, timelines, and risks while ensuring measurable impact
• Supporting global sales initiatives, analyzing performance data, and deriving actionable measures
YOUR PROFILE:
• A degree in business, economics, or a related field with focus on project management, sales, or international business
• At least 2 years experience in a similar role or in management consulting (project management / sales focus)
• Strong affinity for numbers, analysis, and digital tools (MS Office, especially PowerPoint & Excel)
• Fluency in German and English • Entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to demand and gather information to push projects forward
• High energy, resilience, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities independently
