Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the data center sector and other industries where UPS systems are required across Europe.
You will play a crucial part in promoting and selling our Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, providing technical guidance and expertise to clients, ensuring the UPS systems are configured to meet their operational needs and future growth plans. Additionally, you will be responsible for continuous competitor monitoring and industry trend analysis, including market developments and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the data center sector and other industries where UPS systems are required across Europe
* Promote and sell our Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems
* Provide technical guidance and expertise to clients, ensuring the UPS systems are configured to meet their operational needs and future growth plans
* Monitor and analyze competitors and industry trends, including market developments and emerging technologies
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with a focus on technical solutions for data centers, electrical infrastructure, or similar sectors
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Results-driven and proactive approach to identifying client needs as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
* Fluent in English and willing to travel in Europe and globally
