We are looking for a working student (m/f/d) to assist with the development of an agentic AI system for internal audit at TUI AG, for a maximum of 12 months and 20 hours per week.

ABOUT THE JOB
Are you a student passionate about Artificial Intelligence and eager to gain hands-on experience in an innovative corporate environment? Our Internal Audit Department is seeking a motivated Working Student to support the design, creation, and development of an Agentic AI system tailored for Internal Audit processes. This is a unique opportunity to apply your academic knowledge and technical skills to real-world challenges, shaping the future of audit excellence.
Key Responsibilities
6. Collaborate with Internal Audit professionals to identify automation opportunities and system requirements.
7. Participate in the design and prototyping of an Agentic AI system to enhance audit planning, execution, and reporting workflows.
8. Assist in developing, testing, and refining AI models and algorithms for data analysis, anomaly detection, and risk assessment.
9. Document system processes, user requirements, and technical specifications.
10. Support the integration of the AI system into existing audit tools and platforms.
11. Stay updated on advancements in AI, internal audit practices, and regulatory requirements.
ABOUT YOU
12. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, or a related field.
13. Basic knowledge and practical experience with AI/ML frameworks (such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar).
14. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in process improvement.
15. Written and verbal communication skills in English.
16. Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
17. Prior experience or coursework in auditing, business, or risk management is a plus but not required.
