Lead the financial controlling function, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure thorough analysis of financial data.
Oversee budget planning, investment controlling, and identify areas for optimization.
Provide management with robust analyses to support strategic decisions.
Serve as the main point of contact for the parent company’s central controlling team, collaborating closely with all relevant stakeholders.
Help colleagues across departments improve their understanding of financial and controlling topics.
Degree in business administration (or equivalent) with a focus on finance or controlling.
Professional experience as a controller, ideally within manufacturing or project-based industries.
Strong analytical skills and a proactive, hands-on approach, even under pressure.
Confident in using ERP systems and digital tools to enhance analytical precision and efficiency.
Fluent in German, with solid English skills to work effectively in an international environment.
