About this Position What you´ll do Work closely with the Manager of Processes and Sales Enablement on global strategic and operational initiatives Support sales enablement and business operations activities, ensuring efficient and scalable processes Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive projects forward across regions Structure, optimize, and document business processes to enhance efficiency and transparency Build and maintain management tools, dashboards, and reports for leadership and global stakeholders Support the planning and execution of internal meetings, workshops, and trainings Contribute to onboarding new teams and markets through documentation and training materials Take ownership of smaller projects in a fast-paced, international environment What makes you a good fit Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in business administration, management, economics, industrial engineering, or a related field First practical experience through internships, working student roles, or international exposure is a plus Fluent English language skills; German is a plus Excellent skills in PowerPoint and Excel, as well as confidence in using MS Teams and SharePoint Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented working style Proactive and reliable, with a hands-on mindset and eagerness to take ownership Curious mindset with an interest in business operations, strategy, and sales enablement Availability as of July for six months Some perks of joining Henkel Flexible work scheme with hybrid work model Attractive Remuneration Flexible working hours Global Experience Interns Community We offer you an attractive salary between € 1.050-2.270. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
