Job Description As the Senior Account-Based & Demand Generation Marketing Manager you will take full ownership of designing, implementing, and optimizing ABM & lead generation strategies to drive engagement with high-value accounts and attract new lead to generate measurable business outcomes. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and Communications Europe, you will ensure that all activities are closely aligned with the overall portfolio and business objectives. Your primary focus will be on developing targeted, persona-driven marketing approaches, leveraging data and insights to optimize performance, and managing end-to-end campaign execution across digital, social, and offline channels. This role is pivotal in shaping the organization’s ABM and demand generation strategy, ensuring that marketing efforts effectively resonate with key customer segments and contribute directly to revenue growth. Key Responsibilities ABM & Demand Generation Strategy Development: • Develop and execute a highly customized ABM and demand generation strategy, ensuring that each campaign is tailored to specific customer pain points and business needs. • Work hand in hand with Sales, acting as a strategic partner to identify key accounts, understand their challenges, and co-create targeted marketing initiatives. • Regularly exchange insights with Sales teams, adapting marketing strategies based on live feedback from customer interactions. • Ensure that all marketing efforts contribute directly to pipeline growth, deal acceleration, and revenue generation. Content Creation & Messaging: • Own the end-to-end content development process, ensuring that our portfolio offerings are effectively translated into compelling, high-value content. Create engaging storytelling-driven assets, including case studies, thought leadership pieces, and campaign materials that support sales and drive engagement. Campaign Execution & Optimization: • Lead ABM and lead generation campaigns across multiple channels, experimenting with innovative approaches like interactive content, video storytelling, and AI-driven personalization. Continuously analyze performance data to refine targeting and messaging. Lead Management & Data-Driven Strategy: • Oversee lead tracking, scoring, and nurturing, ensuring smooth alignment between Marketing and Sales. Use data insights to optimize conversion and engagement strategies. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership: • Work closely with your team, regional marketing leaders, content creators, and global teams to ensure aligned messaging and impactful marketing execution.
