Responsibilities:
1. Technical process specification function for inventory planning and collaboration with process owners from other areas
2. Management of smaller projects or sub-projects in the course of optimising and further developing processes and systems for inventory control
3. Creation of divisional inventory reports in collaboration with Business Analytics and other departments
4. Support and advise supply/inventory planners and dispatchers in optimising inventory planning and control
5. Sub-project management / technical collaboration on international cross-departmental projects (e.g. introduction of new APS software)
6. Ensure process standardisation and evaluation as well as prioritisation of requirements from the Husqvarna Group and specialist departments
7. Analysis, design and documentation of processes, including creation and implementation of new processes
8. Conceptualisation of new system functionalities and implementation of user acceptance tests and user training together with key users
9. Coordination of interfaces between IT and specialist departments
Requirements:
10. A degree in business administration, engineering or a comparable field of study
11. Several years of professional experience in process and system management in the field of supply chain management
12. Experience working with international project teams and IT
13. Analytical, structured and solution-oriented personality with excellent communication skills and team spirit
14. Ability to independently drive multiple topics forward simultaneously and convince the project team/department of their importance
15. Confident user knowledge of SAP and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with a high level of IT affinity, optional: knowledge of Logility
16. Fluent language skills and confident presentation skills in both German and English
17. Strong understanding of business management contexts
18. Team oriented, independent and communicative personality
19. Excellent verbal and written English
20. Good verbal and written Spanish a strong advantage
