Your new job includes
As a Sales Trainee in our 18-month program, you will take on responsibility from the outset, with direct customer contact and an international environment.
* You will help to continually inspire our customers and create successful sales experiences throughout the entire customer journey.
* You will get to know our sales departments and their interfaces and understand how sales really work in international travel retail.
* You will take on your own projects with responsibility and face a variety of challenges, including internationally, e.g., at our retail locations or our subsidiaries.
* You will help put together high-quality consumer goods ranges and develop tailor-made solutions that respond to market-specific and regional characteristics.
* You inspire our customers with your strong service orientation, keen sense of their needs, and professional demeanor.
* You contribute your negotiating skills and thus make a direct contribution to the success of our sales departments.

Preferred Profile
Your job is demanding. That's why we are too when it comes to selecting our trainees. Here's what we're looking for:
* A completed degree with a focus on economics.
* At least 6 months of practical experience, ideally in sales or retail, e. g. through internships or working student positions.
* Software skills: confident use of MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint; initial experience with SAP is a plus, but not a must.
* Intercultural mindset: Experience abroad (e.g., internship or semester abroad) and very good German and English skills.
* Analytical thinking, a confident manner, and persuasiveness.
* Flexibility and willingness to travel to get to know our international locations worldwide.
