We want you to:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the LCV segment across multiple European markets, aligned with overall company objectives
* Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes in the LCV sector across Europe
* Identify and define key customer segments within the LCV market and tailor sales strategies to meet their specific needs
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including regional sales teams, marketing, finance, and key customers, to drive sales initiatives
* Provide accurate sales forecasts and set sales targets for the LCV segment, ensuring alignment with business goals
* Manage the sales strategy budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve sales objectives
About you:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent
* 8+ years of professional experience, with 5+ within the LCV market
* Experience with sales strategy and analysis
* Electrification or eLCV experience preferred
* Strong experience in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
* Experience working cross-functionally and developing trust within a team setting
