This position is an interface between the dynamic field of sustainability research and CSCP ́s business administration.Starting date: 1st July 2026Working hours: up to 80%Fixed term: 2 years, an extension is intendedLocation: Wuppertal, Germany Your tasks As part of an international team of interdisciplinary experts currently working on over 40 externally funded projects, you will be the central point of contact for financial and administrative project support. This ranges from support with costing at the project application stage, project set-up after commissioning, project controlling, ongoing communication with the project team and third-party funding providers to project accounting, keeping cost records, preparing the project for audits and audit support. You will be part of the project team and actively and continuously supervise the projects. In a dynamic organisation with flat hierarchies, you will report directly to the management. Your abilities You have completed training/degree in business administration and/or organisational administration.You are at ease working with figures, you have an eye for accuracy and accountability for your work.You have several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in an international working environment.You have experience in the financial and administrative management of publicly financed projects.You have strong communication and organisational skillsYou are a team member who can maintain professional assertiveness when required.You are a proficient in MS Office programmes (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)In addition, knowledge and experience in dealing with DATEV and in grant and public procurement law would be an advantage.Language skillsAs German and English are the working languages of the CSCP, very good written and spoken German and English skills are required.
