**Job Overview:**
* Role Purpose: As an Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the Executive in their daily activities, anticipating needs and preparing materials accordingly.
* Key Responsibilities: This includes managing schedules and calendar alignment in close coordination with the Personal Assistant, influencing key stakeholders, fostering relationships, and delivering reliably.
* Additional Tasks: You will be responsible for animating and facilitating key team meetings and events, identifying customer value, business needs, and improvement opportunities.
* Leadership Skills: In this role, you will lead specific action plans/projects and support the N-1 management team. You will also consolidate inputs and monitor the Connected Intelligence Dashboard.
* Requirements: We are looking for candidates with strong analytical skills, ability to summarize complex inputs, and capacity to build trust. You should have excellent communication skills, be proactive, adaptable to fast-changing business needs, and able to operate in an autonomous and accountable way.
