Overview
We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality service to our customers, ensuring their equipment is installed, maintained and upgraded efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical challenges.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with senior customer engineers to install, maintain and upgrade customer equipment.
* Use digital analytics for troubleshooting and apply diagnostic techniques to assess equipment and address technical issues.
* Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic and gas systems.
* Coordinate and communicate directly with customers.
Requirements
* A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
* Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
* Experience diagnosing and resolving basic technical challenges.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a passport.
* Able to meet all on-site requirements, including safety and environmental guidelines.
