Global deal management is crucial in our pricing setup, as we need to give special attention how to craft commercial proposal for strategic opportunity. The process owner will oversee complex international deals, blending strategic thinking, financial acumen, and interpersonal skills. On the individual case you will act as a true business partner to Sales.
This role encompasses the direct partnering with the Global Key Account teams as direct go to person in order to ensure proximity to the business.
Responsibilities include understanding product landscapes, global markets, regulatory environments, and negotiation tactics. Constant vigilance and adaptability are required due to the dynamic nature of global markets.

Co Create strategic deals and agreements with relevant stakeholders with a compelling and compliant business proposal including clarity on tradables for negotiation for global cases.
Advance our discount guidance for strategic decisions.
Build strong relationship with regional pricing and deal management stakeholders.
Support building of Global Strategic Pricing COE F&B as key member of the central global team.
Negotiation and Relationship Management: Effective negotiation is at the heart of deal management. As global process owner for deal management this role is responsible for negotiating terms and conditions that maximize value for the company while maintaining strong relationships with customers.
This involves ensuring that all transactions comply with local laws and international standards. Liaising with company counsel to ensure legal compliance.
Effective project management ensures that all commercial aspects of the deal are executed smoothly and that potential issues are identified and addressed promptly.
Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating risks is a key responsibility. This involves assessing potential risks associated with market conditions, regulatory changes, and partner reliability.
