Imagine this: As a CRO Manager (all genders) you will drive user experience and conversion improvements through structured experimentation, leveraging data-driven hypotheses to inform decisions and deliver measurable business impact in collaboration with product teams. Your Tasks Identify & asses (micro) conversion rate optimization opportunities across the platform Formulate, prioritize, and validate testing hypotheses Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests Analyze test outcomes and translate findings into clear recommendations Provide operational guidance on testing methods to product teams Ensure seamless test setup, implementation, and follow-up Facilitate structured testing practices across teams What you bring You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of Conversion rate optimization You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, business administration, mathematics, statistics or similar.
