Aufgaben:
* Preparation of fresh sushi products
* Careful processing of raw materials such as fish and vegetables
* Strict fulfilment of quality and hygiene requirements in the production and storage area
* Proper receipt and storage of goods
* Production of sushi products according to the standard range from the menu and development of own creations
* Sales-promoting presentation of goods
* Ensuring optimal product presentation on the conveyor belt and in the take-away cabinets
* Training of team members
