Senior Business Analyst, Client Services
About this role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the Client Services group, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance to clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Servicing: Ensure timely delivery of reports and information to clients, attend operational meetings, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Operational Expertise: Have in-depth knowledge of business units and functions, manage complex projects, and provide consulting services to various business groups.
* Project Management: Oversee large and complex projects, including strategic change management, process re-engineering, and merger and acquisitions integration.
* Reporting and Analytics: Provide management reporting on transactions, including statistics on volume, productivity, new development, and service impact to clients.
Required Skills:
* Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
* Knowledge of financial industry operations, including fiduciary services and trust systems
* Analytical and problem-solving skills
