YOUR JOB
* Supporting the end-to-end deployment of the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solution from a business point of view within your area of responsibility
* Acting as a subject matter expert for Ideation, Range Management, Briefing and Specification processes of the International Buying department
* Providing input for the solution design of the software from an International Buying perspective and critically review built functionalities
* Consulting internal stakeholders throughout the build phase (e.g. QA, Specials Management team, etc.)
* Supporting the global alignment of requirements
* Creating and executing test cases as well as testing data
* Reporting defects and supporting defect resolution
* Executing UAT testing
* Adapting training context specifically for the International Buying department incl. localisation of training material
* Training end-users in the new processes and systems
YOUR PROFILE
* Degree in business administration or completed business apprenticeship
* Ideally proficient technical knowledge of general processes within SAP and ARIBA
* Practical experience in IT project management is desirable, with familiarity in tools such as JIRA and Confluence
* Beneficial to have prior experience in software deployment within an agile working environment
* Fluent in written and spoken English and German
* Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
* Exceptional analytical skills to evaluate processes and system functionalities, ensuring they operate as expected
* Detail-oriented with the ability to proactively identify and flag any discrepancies or issues
* Strong comprehension skills and a goal-oriented work approach
