Leadership and Coordination:
* Working together with the department leadership, you will coordinate the team of experienced experts within the technical service and inspection station of the company.
Business Development and Project Planning:
* You are significantly involved in sales activities, as well as in creating offers and in planning project deployments.
Product Management:
* Securing the future viability of the team by continuously further developing the existing portfolio of complex process and management system audits, product assessments, and testing vehicle control units and networked E/E systems during vehicle type testing.
Verification Procedures and Qualifications:
* Develop and update verification procedures and qualifications within the team.
Innovation and Expertise:
* You function as a role model in challenging customer projects and lead the team in terms of professional and organizational aspects to ensure the profitability of the projects, the quality of the work results, and the goals of the company and department leadership.
Specialized Expertise:
* In addition to your duties as a team leader, you work at least 60% as an authorized expert for the technical service in customer projects, conducting conformity assessments in accordance with regulations and industry standards for cybersecurity, software systems, and networked vehicle systems.
The following tasks need to be completed:
* Completed degree in electrical engineering, computer science or a comparable field of study, as well as relevant professional experience, ideally with leadership experience.
* Exemplary leadership behavior, independent and forward-thinking work. Furthermore, you stand out through entrepreneurial thinking, quality awareness, innovation ability, and creativity.
* Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written form, including English language proficiency.
* You also demonstrate self-motivation and impress with customer orientation, self-organization, and developed team spirit.
* Willingness to take on one- and multi-day business trips (national and international) with a travel volume of up to 30% of your working time rounds out your profile.
