With 2,000+ talents across 70+ countries, we fuse AI, big data, and cloud to drive the next generation of intelligent vehicles.As Autel Energy expands rapidly in Europe’s EV charging market, we are seeking a proactive and structured HR Intern to support our growing operations in Munich, Germany.ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end recruitment: Manage full-cycle recruitment for highly specialized roles across technical support engineering, project managers, solution experts, sales, and corporate functions, including CV screening, candidate and interviewer communication, interview coordination, and end-to-end process follow-up to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience.Talent profiling: Work closely with business teams to accurately define hiring needs and shape role profiles within a global business context.Talent management: Build, manage, and continuously strengthen a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for both current and future hiring needs across Europe.Sourcing excellence: Leverage major recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor to identify, attract and engage top talent.Process optimization: Continuously refine the interview processes and candidate experience to strengthen employer branding in the automotive electronics and green energy sectors.Other HR-related tasks as required.RequirementsSolid experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience; background in hard-tech industries, international business, or executive search is a strong plus.Language skills: Fluency in Chinese and English is mandatory (including interviewing international candidates and collaborating with overseas teams). Proficiency in an additional language (German, French, Italian, etc.) is a strong advantage.Digital mindset: Strong Excel skills for data analysis.
