It combines management, subject matter, and technical expertise to ensure the system is legally compliant, modern, and future-oriented, as well as to implement new requirements. In addition to project management and oversight, responsibilities include information security, modern services for insured persons, and the development of a new core system (rvEvolution). Your Responsibilities Serve as the central point of contact for all questions regarding IT change and release management Strategic and operational expansion of IT change and release management Plan, manage, and oversee software updates Ensuring the completeness of development unit deliveries, including evaluating and approving change requests Coordinating, monitoring, and aligning the technical and business requirements of the DRVIT software house’s central testing process with relevant stakeholders, while ensuring the creation and continuous maintenance of audit-proof documentation Your Profile A successfully completed university degree (Bachelor’s, Diploma) in economics, public administration, or a technical field, or an equivalent qualification (e.g., business administration specialist), or completed vocational training in a technical, economic, or IT field Several years of practical professional experience in IT service management (IT change and release management) or in related roles (IT project management, IT consulting), ideally in a digital environment Proficiency in using the MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and extensive experience with release management tools (e.g., Jira and Confluence) You are distinguished by strong communication skills, a structured approach to work, and a strong ability to solve problems Willingness to travel occasionally We offer Comprehensive onboarding into your new role and the opportunity to work independently An interesting and varied position with all the benefits of a large public employer A family-friendly company with flexible and employee-friendly working hours Services and cooperation partners to support work-life balance for parents and caregivers To fill this position, we will conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates.
