Job Description
The department Process Design & Digitalization at our location in Hannover-Stöcken shapes and drives the process digitalization of our worldwide R&D organization.
The Module Owner (e.g. for Requirement Management) is responsible for transforming business requirements related to digitalization into effective IT solutions within the R&D system landscape. Their primary goal is to deliver efficient, future-proof digital solutions, with a particular focus on the Life Lifecycle Management system in the R&D Tires environment.
Your Responsibilities
* Coordinate iterative processes from concept design to final provisioning of digital solutions with focus on own module
* Align and harmonize business requirements of various stakeholders as well as steer all involved functions
* Develop and create future picture of own module
* Continuously improve digital solutions and/or processes connected to own module to ensure quality and efficiency gains
* Support the organization in testing and training of new digital solutions
* Act as contact person for R&D IT and stakeholders within area of responsibility
* Lead and/or participate in operational and strategic process digitalization projects
Qualifications
* Academic degree in engineering, industrial engineering, information technology, natural sciences or comparable field; first professional experience in an R&D environment within a global organization desirable
* Strong interest in driving digitalization topics
* Self-motivated and result oriented team player who enjoys working in multicultural, performance and target oriented groups
* Strong stakeholder orientation, willingness to learn, to act and to take responsibility
* Experience in project management and tools beneficial
* Fluent English language skills
* Ability to handle complex tasks
* Very good communication and networking skills
* Knowledge in programming language(s) and data analytical methods beneficial
