Key Exciting Responsibilities
1. Drive professional customer engagement by managing inquiries through our ticketing system and conducting direct outreach to ensure seamless communication.
2. Spearhead financial support tasks, including generating collections reports and coordinating reminders to maintain healthy business accounts.
3. Own the integrity of our global customer database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date for the wider finance organization.
4. Collaborate cross-functionally with customer care and accounting teams to resolve daily challenges and streamline business correspondence.
Essential Skills & Experience
5. Current enrollment as a student with the ability to work 20 hours per week.
6. Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to speak directly with customers over the phone.
7. Strong analytical thinking and a proactive approach to solving daily operational problems.
8. Professional proficiency in English.
9. A foundational interest in economics and a grounded understanding of business payment cycles.
Bonus Points For
10. Practical experience or a "grounded" understanding of Microsoft Excel.
11. Proficiency in the German language.
12. A strong desire to learn and specialize in corporate accounting processes.
