Job Title: Business Partner for DACH Market

* Provide proactive advice and support on personnel-related and labour law issues
* Support organisational development activities and workforce planning
* Manage people practices and business needs in the applicable portfolio
* Oversee employee lifecycle processes from recruitment to offboarding
* Establish a solid business partnership with managers and stakeholders
* Negotiate agreements with works councils while balancing global and local requirements
* Ensure local compliance with labour laws, codetermination, and processes
* Contribute to regional HR operating model development and post-merger activities
* Partner with international HR teams and global centres of excellence
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' HR experience in a Business Partner role
* Employee Relations Experience and knowledge of German labour law
* Negotiation experience with works councils is mandatory
* Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and curiosity
* Ability to translate business needs into relevant HR actions
