* Talent Acquisition: Identify recruitment needs and oversee the selection process for senior positions.
* Employee Mobility: Facilitate internal mobility requests and ensure seamless transitions.
* Onboarding & Integration: Provide dedicated support to new employees during their first year, ensuring successful integration into our team.
* Career Development & Talent Management: Develop career growth paths, identify high-potential employees, and lead talent management initiatives.
* Performance Management: Guide managers and employees through performance assessments, goal setting, and salary review processes.
* Employee Relations: Serve as a key point of contact for managers and employees, providing guidance on HR matters, conflict resolution, and workplace challenges.
* Exit Management: Conduct exit interviews to inform continuous improvement.
* HR Reporting: Deliver insightful reports to Business Unit heads and the HR Director, supporting data-driven decision-making.
* HR Projects: Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
