As a key member of our MB.OS Customer Experience team, you will support the Release Train Engineer (RTE) in ensuring seamless collaboration among 160 developers and UI/UX designers. Your role involves promoting efficient implementation of agile working methods and assisting teams in staying on track. This includes organizing regular planning meetings and syncs, setting up metrics, and preparing reports.

Key Responsibilities:
* Participate in the RTE's operational daily business
* Support in planning, preparation, and follow-up of Program Interval (PI) Planning: Organization of a quarterly planning event
* Promote continuous improvement: Support in optimizing agile processes and fostering a positive error culture
* Analyze agile release train performance: Track goals and milestones by creating, maintaining, and analyzing metrics in Agile Hive & EazyBi
* Maintain Way of Working documentation in Confluence
* Manage internal communication and create appealing presentations in German and English
Your contributions will directly impact the success of projects that shape the automotive world. We are looking for a motivated individual who is eager to learn and adapt quickly to complex topics. The ideal candidate should possess analytical and strategic thinking, be a team player, and communicate openly and friendly.
Requirements:
* You are studying industrial engineering, business psychology, business administration, business informatics, or an engineering-related field such as computer science/software development, psychology, cognitive science, or a comparable subject
* You have proficient German and English language skills, both written and spoken
* You are proficient in using MS Office (especially Outlook, MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* You have experience with Jira (Agile Hive) and Confluence, knowledge of BI analysis tools (advantageous), and experience with digital whiteboards (such as Mural) and survey tools (such as Menti)
