Your tasks
5. Method management: Support in the development, validation and transfer of physico-chemical analytical methods for biologics.
6. Stability testing: Planning and setting up stability studies including sound evaluation of the analytical data generated.
7. Lifecycle support: Monitoring and optimization of method performance over the entire product lifecycle.
8. Analytical focus: Application of a broad portfolio ranging from SEC, CEX and icIEF to complex peptide mapping.
9. Quality assurance: Implementation of classic pharmacopoeia methods (e.g. pH value, particle measurement) in compliance with the highest standards.
Your profile
10. Degree in natural sciences and sound professional experience in pharmaceutical analysis (laboratory environment).
11. In-depth knowledge of chromatography (SEC/CEX) and electrophoresis, ideally in the field of biological drugs.
12. Confident handling of documentation standards in a regulated environment and experience with pharmacopoeial methods.
13. Routine use of Office software, ELN (electronic laboratory notebooks) and LIMS systems.
14. Independent, structured way of working coupled with fluency in German and English.
