Job Summary:
Specialist, Compliance
Compliance specialists ensure that financial institutions comply with regulations and laws. This position is responsible for identifying and controlling compliance with Luxembourg regulations.
1. Identify and report compliance with Luxembourg regulations including LSF, Circulars CSSF 12/552, 16/644, and 18/697.
2. Complete the compliance program within a given framework.
3. Map rules, conduct risk assessments, and track actions.
4. Support the preparation of reports on compliance topics.
5. Contribute to reviewing compliance policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree or equivalent experience preferred.
* Fluent English, French, and German language skills mandatory.
* Experience in compliance, knowledge of banking, UCIs, depositary, data protection, MiFID II/MiFIR, CSDR, SFTR, ESG required.
* Personal skills include effective communication, influencing, judgement, issue resolution, planning, organizing, time management, teamwork, and collaboration.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
