Trust Management Position
Our firm specializes in international structures with a focus on trust administration.
Main Objective:
We seek an experienced professional to oversee the daily management and administrative follow-up of a portfolio of trusts linked to an Italian clientele.
Your Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of trusts from establishment to potential liquidation;
* Act as the primary point of contact for protectors, trustees, beneficiaries, and external advisors;
* Prepare and monitor legal documentation, including trust deeds and letters of wishes;
* Evaluate and implement regulatory requirements in collaboration with our compliance team;
* Coordinate with internal and/or external accounting and tax services;
* Compile periodic reports for clients and our board of directors;
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our trust management procedures.
Requirements:
* Native Italian speaker or excellent written and spoken proficiency in Italian;
* Very good command of French and English;
* University degree in law, economics, management, or equivalent;
* Significant experience in trust management, ideally in a fiduciary structure;
* Good knowledge of trust law and associated regulatory aspects;
* Able to work independently with rigor, confidentiality, and teamwork skills;
* Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
