Job Description
2. Work alongside a highly motivated team of software engineers and academics implementing change in the financial industry. Design and implement user interfaces that open complex matters like investing to users
3. Be empowered to implement, improve, fix, suggest, and change anything you see that has the potential to improve the status quo, both technically and product-wise
4. Experiment with new technologies to get the best out of the iOS Platform
5. Build visually rich user experiences
6. Write clean, testable and well-documented code and treat security as first class citizen
7. Own the full app lifecycle from ideation to delivery to the App Store
Qualifications
8. A University degree in a relevant field of study ( computer science, engineering, natural sciences, ...) or a comparable qualification
9. Profound working experience as an iOS Engineer
10. Strong analytical thinking, both in the technical and in the product domain
11. Passion in delivering great UX and working with custom UI, proficiency with UIKit and Auto Layout as well as interested in other technology stacks
12. Ability to keep yourself up-to-date with respect to the latest changes in the iOS ecosystem
13. Excellent communication skills that are clear, concise, and targeted towards your audience - engineering, product, or other stakeholders
14. Prior Fintech experience is not a requirement, but an asset. Ideally, you’re interested in investing or already a customer of Scalable Capital
15. Excellent English communication skills, German is optional
