Field Contracts Manager

We are seeking an experienced Field Contracts Manager for one of our international clients in Lingen, Germany. In this role, you will ensure that contractors meet their contractual obligations on complex industrial (EPC/EPCM) projects. You will manage claims, contract changes, and risks during the construction phase, contributing to safe, timely, and cost-effective project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and enforce compliance with contract terms and conditions.
* Lead discussions with contractors regarding claims and changes.
* Prepare contract correspondence and related documentation.
* Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
* Report to the Project Management Team on contractual matters.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Engineering, Law, or related fields).
* Minimum 10 years of experience in contract management on EPC/EPCM projects.
* Experience in the (petro)chemical or energy industry is a strong advantage.
* Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
* Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
* Proficiency in German is preferred.
