As a Product Manager for Conversational AI within our BU Collection, you'll define how AI-powered experiences across chat, voice, and digital portals help people resolve debt in ways that are faster, clearer, and less stressful.
This is a builder role: you'll work hands-on with a cross-functional team spanning Platform Engineering, AI Engineering, Operations, Data, Compliance, and Corporate AI leadership, bringing structure, experimentation, and momentum to a domain that's still taking shape.
Your responsibilities will be:
Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Conversational AI across all consumer interaction channels
Analyze and prioritize key journeys (payment, installment, dispute, status inquiries) to maximize digital self-service and conversion
Bring clarity and ownership into a fragmented domain by establishing a structured product setup
Design and run experiments to validate use cases quickly, ensuring only the highest-impact bets get built without waiting for perfect conditions on interlinked systems
Ensure smooth end-to-end execution from discovery to launch and performance optimization
Define and track key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement across live channels
Coordinate cross-functionally with Platform Engineering, AI Engineering, Operations, Data, Compliance, Customer Service, and Corporate AI
What you bring:
~ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Product Management, Information Systems, AI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
~3–5+ years of product management experience in AI-driven products, B2C digital platforms, fintech, or other regulated industries
~ Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience navigating complex international organizations
~ Ability to bring structure and prioritization to ambiguous environments with fragmented ownership
~ Affinity for conversational AI technologies (LLMs, NLU, chatbots, voicebots) and backend/platform constraints
~ Business fluent English is required; German skills are a plus
