In the role of Product Operations Program manager you will be part of the new organization Product Operations and have a critical role in development and implementation of the new Product Operating Model across all our product segments, as we strive to launch Galderma into the next phase of development and drive performance improvements that will substantially impact our future growth.
You will be the critical analytical brain and the program management which enables the Global Product Leaders to lead the Product throughout their full life-cycle. You will play critical role in developing the product operating model, be part of establishing a high performing product teams to deliver on the product ambition of continued availability at optimal quality, on time and in cost.
This role will report to the Global Head of Product Operations, and would be a critical support for analysis, facilitation and Program Management on critical projects
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the analytical aspects of Product Portfolio as well as all the aspect of product to support the Global Product Leader to establish the Product Operating model
2. Facilitation and Preparation for the cross functional Global Product Operating team in partnership with Global Product Leader
3. For selected Programs, Lead the planning and implementation of program initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations.
4. For selected Programs Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with Global Product leader and other stakeholders
5. For selected Programs ,Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution..
6. Analyze potential risks and put them in perspective of criticality, impact and timing as a critical contribution to facilitate Global Product Operating teams.
7. Mentor and coach members of the Global Product Operating team members and other team members from Operations, R&D and GPS on standard ways of working as well as Product Operating model
8. Communicate in a simple and effective way on the scope and changes in complex programs and portfolios based on strong data and analytical foundation
Skills & Qualitifications
9. BS/MS in Operations, Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
10. Minimum of 8 years in the pharmaceutical, OTC, life sciences, or biotech industry, with expertise in Product Launches, Planning & Analysis, and Life-Cycle management programs is a MUST.
11. Experience in Product Launch is a MUST
12. Extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams, including Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, CMC, Procurement, Process Experts, Packaging, and Device Specialists.
13. Strong ability to analyze complex data, structure and prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively in a dynamic, fast-growing business environment.
14. A results-driven mindset with a strong sense of urgency, setting ambitious goals and leveraging the latest project management tools and methodologies to meet deadlines.
15. Exceptional ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining efficiency and focus.
16. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to navigate challenges and drive solutions.
17. Fluent in both written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
