Tasks As an Event Planning Assistant, you are responsible for the planning, organization, coordination and execution of events. Development, elaboration and implementation of monthly events for our target group (group activities for seniors and immigrants). Coordination of each event with our cooperation partners and our volunteer team. Communication and coordination with internal clients and external service providers. Support in the conception, establishment and implementation of new standards, event concepts and strategies. Requirements Backgrounds in Event Management, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, Communications, Tourism are highly desirable. Good knowledge of the German language (at least level B2 ). Time commitment : A minimum of 14 hours per month, available in the evenings during weekdays and/or on weekends. Duration: At least 6 months. The role requires availability to attend events in the evenings during weekdays and/or on weekends. Candidates must be willing to work on-site at our facilities.
