This role focuses on high-level project delivery, client relationship management, and guiding teams to advise clients on how technology enables a wide range of business outcomes.What you will doLead high-level project delivery and oversight along with client relationship management.Manage teams and advise clients at the highest strategic level on big-picture and tactical matters.Focus on how technology enables business outcomes across diverse sectors.What you will needExperience in shaping Digital Transformation Programs, preferably for or in public sector organizations.Experience in a problem-solving capacity such as a solution/technical architect or analyst.Experience in management consultancy.Experience in shaping target architectures.Experience in assessing projects for delivery issues and performing value assurance for large programs.Ability to inspire and motivate professionals from technical and non-technical backgrounds toward a common goal.Commitment to the success of your team and willingness to provide constructive actions when needed.Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and the ability to adapt Gartner frameworks and methodologies to address client challenges.Hands-on ability to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously.Bachelor’s degree; Master/MBA or equivalent experience preferred.Comfortable influencing and building trust-based, value-added relationships with senior executives internally and externally.Coachable and open to best practices and feedback for continuous improvement.Fluent in German (minimum C1) and English.Track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets preferred.About GartnerAt Gartner, Inc.
