WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT You take full responsibility for all locations of the diconium group and continuously develop our national and international workspaces — from strategic planning to successful execution. You manage the entire contract lifecycle and conduct negotiations with external partners, trades and suppliers, ensuring an optimal balance of quality, sustainability and cost-efficiency. You ensure compliance with all occupational health and safety regulations and make sure our workspaces meet current standards — both in terms of safety and regulatory requirements. You oversee all facility management and maintenance processes, provide clear briefings to service providers and ensure that accounting and documentation standards are followed. You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as HR, IT and Finance, while coordinating external partners with clear communication, strong alignment and a focus on shared outcomes. In case of building up new office locations, you plan and steer construction and building projects across all phases. From the initial concept to partner selection, budget control and timeline management, you keep everything aligned and moving forward. WHAT YOU BRING You hold a degree in Facility Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of experience in location development, facility management and construction project management and — ideally in dynamic, fast‑changing environments. You know your way around current standards, for example in occupational health and safety as well as relevant security guidelines, and you apply them effectively in practice. You combine strong organizational skills with negotiation confidence and assertiveness, staying on top of things even when complexity rises. You communicate clearly and professionally and feel comfortable engaging with a wide variety of stakeholders. You possess business‑fluent German and English skills and navigate international contexts with ease.
