Your future role in a few words Analyse customers’ requests coming from the Sales team, making sure the customer needs are clear Elaborate solutions that meet customers’ requirements integrating standard equipment — in collaboration with sales manager and customers Prepare, in cooperation, with a lay-out engineer, a conceptual layout for the sales manager and the customer Provide a cost estimation and information on the equipment, options and configurations Review the sales strategies — identify the competitors, map out new practices to implement, etc. Prepare the documentation required for project start-ups Support the Sales team by generating various information reports, updating sales and marketing statistics, and contributing to the organization of promotional events Required skills Technical degree or relevant technical experience Familiarity with CAD systems — preferably AutoCAD or SolidEdge 3D Knowledge of industrial operations and processes — both commercial and technical Familiarity with the packaging and/or processing industry — an asset Experience preparing budgets and preparing commercial offers Team spirit Customer centricity Excellent spoken and written communicational skills in English and German Are these words meaningful to you? technical creativity, solutions, layouts, customer satisfaction Do your eyes light up when you read about this great opportunity?
