Your Responsibilities
* Responsibility for SG&A cost center controlling for the three German DQS companies
* Conducting budget, forecast, and variance analyses as part of the SSC monthly closings
* Point of contact for personnel controlling, including headcount and personnel cost analyses
* Responsibility for sales commissions, including calculation of commissionable sales
* Establishment and monitoring of auditor provisions
* Implementation of capex controlling and management of depreciation (AfA)
* Intercompany settlements and cost allocations within the DQS Group
* Documentation, analysis, and optimization of commercial processes
* Collaboration on cost optimization and efficiency projects
* Travel cost controlling and conducting ad hoc analyses for management and departments
Your Profile
* A completed degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on controlling or finance
* At least 2 years of professional experience in controlling
* Solid knowledge of cost center, personnel, and investment controlling
* Accounting experience (particularly HGB) is a plus
* Very proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and Power BI
* Excellent German language skills and good English language skills
* Structured, analytical, and independent work style
* Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
