As the Head of Content Creation & Campaigns (f/m/d)*, you will take on strategic responsibility for the development and execution of our global content and campaign strategy. In this role, you will shape brand-defining content and emotional campaigns at a strategic level that engage and inspire our global audiences.

* Take strategic responsibility for shaping and executing our global content and campaign strategy across online and offline channels.
* Lead marketing project managers and content and production teams to create impactful storytelling across all channels, including global brand campaigns and in-house media formats.
* Provide strategic direction and drive campaign planning, creative execution, and content innovation within our international network.
* Collaborate closely with key markets and external partners to ensure consistent, brand-aligned communication at every touchpoint.
* Analyze campaign performance, generate reports and insights for upper leadership, and optimize content-related processes and workflows.
* Demonstrate extensive experience in content strategy and campaign management, ideally within a leading creative agency or a high-premium or luxury brand.
* Hold a senior position with disciplinary leadership responsibility, successfully guiding interdisciplinary teams through complex projects.
* Be a creative and strategic thinker with a strong sense for innovation, storytelling, and brand-driven content across all formats and channels.
* Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring effective time management and overseeing budgets during planning and execution.
* Maintain clarity and a hands-on approach, thriving in dynamic environments and staying focused.
* Possess excellent communication skills in German and English.
